COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Nizar Bouguila, holder of Tunisian passport, S041639, residing at Rue Mahmoud Taymour 2070 La Marsa, Tunisie, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will be relinquishing his post with effect from the 22 November 2017. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Bouguila for his loyal service and wished him success for the future.

The Company also announces that Mr. Mohamed Fadhel Kraiem, holder of Tunisian passport, F171884, residing at 3, passage Hadrumète – Mutuelleville – 1052 Tunis, is being appointed Chairman of the Company's Board with effect from the 22 November 2017.

Mr. Kraiem is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tunisie Telecom (TT) which, through its subsidiary TTML Limited, is the majority shareholder of GO p.l.c.

Mr Kraiem, who also serves as chairman of a number of TT Group subsidiaries, had first joined Tunisie Telecom in July 2010. Till the end of 2015 he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for commercial and financial activities. In 2016 he was appointed Chief Executive of Monoprix, a major retail company in Tunisia.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Kraiem that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
