The Company has been notified that HSBC Life Assurance (Malta) Ltd has transferred to Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund – Amalgamated Investments SICAV plc, 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to which voting rights are attached and which equate to circa 5.32% of the Company's ordinary share capital. Consequently, the holding of HSBC Life Assurance (Malta) Ltd in the Company has been reduced from 19.96% to 14.64%.
