COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Attila Keszeg holder of Hungarian passport number BB9459482 residing at Besenyei Gyorgy 20, 2100 Godollo, Hungary as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 June 2017.

Prior to his appointment with the Company Mr. Keszeg held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial at Deutsche Telekom AG, with responsibility for the overall business to consumer activities in 12 countries. Before joining Deutsche Telekom AG, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer Residential at Magyar Telekom plc and was responsible for sales, customer care, marketing and product development. Between 2005 and 2010, he acted as General Manager for Red Bull Hungary Limited with full responsibility for local business. Prior to this appointment he also held various positions with Pepsi-Cola Limited Hungary.

Mr. Keszeg holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Financial and Management Studies from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

The Company further announces that the Group's Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Edmond Brincat, holder of Maltese ID card number 450767M, residing at 8, The Haven Triq l-Gharix Attard, has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer for the period 31 March 2017 to 1 June 2017.

There are no other matters concerning both Mr. Keszeg and Mr. Brincat that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
