Voluntary Bid for Go plc shares: completion conditions satisfied

Tunis, 17 August 2016 – Tunisie Telecom ("TT") is pleased to announce that all conditions to TT ML Limited's (the "Offeror") Offer for shares in Go plc ("GO"), as set out in section 6.5 of the offer document dated June 14, 2016, have now been satisfied.
