COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Quote

The Board of Directors of the Company has today considered and approved the condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2016. The said condensed interim financial statements are available for viewing at the registered office of the Company and on the Company's website http://www.thepointmalta.com in the Investor Relations section.

The Directors have also declared an interim net dividend payment of €705,000 equivalent to €0.0125 per nominal €0.50 share. The interim dividend will be paid on 16 September 2016 to shareholders on the Company's register at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 22 August 2016.
