The Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. (the "Company") announces that it has submitted an application to the Listing Authority of the Malta Financial Services Authority requesting admissibility to listing of €8.5 million Unsecured Bonds redeemable in 2026.

Further information on the Unsecured Bonds will be available after the necessary approval from the Listing Authority is obtained.
