COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("GO") pursuant to Listing Rule 5.174.2.2 of the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

GO refers to its previous company announcements issued in relation to the ongoing sale process that was approved during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 October 2015, the latest of these announcements being that published yesterday 16 May 2016.

GO also refers to the newspaper article that appeared in the Sunday Times of Malta last Sunday 15 May 2016. GO wishes to clarify that the statements made in the said newspaper article did not originate from GO and that the "industry sources" referred to in the article are not GO sources.

GO confirms the content of the Company Announcement published by it yesterday 16 May 2016.
