The Company hereby announces that Prof Emanuel Delia has been appointed as a non-executive Director on the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 30 November 2015. Prof Delia, residing at 35, Asterix, Lorenzo Gafa` Street, Siggiewi, has been a Director of the Company since May 2013 and replaces Mr C.J Farrugia who was appointed Chairman of the Company on 21 October 2015.

The Company's Audit Committee is now composed of:

Mr Etienne Sciberras – Chairman of Audit Committee and non-executive Director; Prof Emanuel Delia – Member and non-executive Director; Mr Gerald J.Zammit – Member and executive Director.
