COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Yasser Zeineldin, a non-executive director of the Company has relinquished his post of Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company thanked Mr. Zeineldin for his loyal service.

The Company further announces that Dr. Brigitte Zammit, holder of Maltese passport number 1131631, residing at 17, Kharbash Building, Apartment 107, Al Harth Street, Umm Suqiem 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is being appointed as a non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Dr. Zammit is General Counsel and Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Emirates International Telecommunications (EIT).

Prior to joining EIT in 2008, she worked in private practice with law firms in London and Malta, advising private and public international and local clients on M&A, telecoms, media, online gambling, data protection and related corporate law matters. She is academically involved as a lecturer and examiner with the University of London and has also in the past been similarly involved with the Universities of Beijing and Malta. She is also an alumni of IMD, Switzerland and the Said Business School, Oxford, UK. Dr. Zammit has over the years contributed several articles on electronic communications law to international legal journals and has also presented in this area of law at various conferences. In 2010 she co-authored a book on cross-border gambling law and policy that was published in the UK.

Dr. Zammit holds a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and a Master of Laws in Computer and Telecommunications Law from the University of London. She brings over 14 years of experience as a legal professional.

There is no matter concerning Dr. Zammit requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
