COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Dr. Ing. Joseph Attard, holder of Identity Card number 268768M has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer with effect from the 1st July 2015.

Dr. Attard of 3, 28th April 1688, Street, Xaghra, Gozo joined the Company on 17th February 1992 as a Graduate Professional Officer. Since then, he has held various positions locally and internationally in the telecommunications sector.

Dr. Attard is being appointed following the resignation of Ing. Kelvin Camenzuli who will be leaving the Company on the 30th June 2015.

The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its gratitude to Ing. Kelvin Camenzuli for his service and contribution to the Company.

There are no other matters concerning Dr. Attard that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
