The following is a company announcement issued by Plaza Centres plc ('The Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company announces an agreement reached with Just Burger Food Co, who will open their second restaurant in Malta at The Plaza Shopping Centre, following the expiry of McDonald's lease this year.

Just Burger Food Co. is owned and managed by Swedish nationals, residing in Malta since 2009, who ventured into the catering industry offering typical home made products based on Swedish recipes with an American flavour.

Just Burger Food Co is expected to open for business within two months of the handing over of their lease premises, scheduled for mid-May 2015.
