The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Ms. Charmaine Farrugia, holder of Identity Card number 475072M has been appointed as Chief Transformation and Business Planning Officer with immediate effect.

Ms. Farrugia residing at 48, Moonstone, Triq ta' Gidwet, Marsaskala MSK3613, originally joined MobIsle Communications limited, a fully owned subsidiary of GO Plc, on 1st October 2000. Currently Ms. Farrugia is heading the Strategic Marketing function at GO and over the past years she has been involved in driving Strategic changes within the Commercial function as well as played a critical role in the Business Planning function spanning across the different departments at GO Plc. Throughout her tenure with MobIsle Communications Limited and subsequently with GO Plc Ms. Farrugia occupied various Senior Management roles within the Commercial Department.

There are no other matters concerning Ms. Farrugia that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
