COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Ayrton Caruana, holder of Identity Card number 314884(M) and residing at Apartment 1, 'Matla Court' Triq Mons. Alfons Caruana, Mqabba, is being appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Caruana joined GO on the 17th of November 2008 and occupied various Senior Management roles within GO's HR department. Over the past years Mr. Caruana played an important role in various Company and HR initiatives that led to a complete transformation of GO's Human Resources function, workforce structure and organizational design. In November of 2013 Mr. Caruana was appointed as Head of Human Resources and assigned the responsibility of the Human Resources function within GO Plc.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Caruana that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
