COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Tigné Mall plc announces that, following the publication of the Company's condensed interim financial statements for the six month period ended 30 June 2014, the Mall continued to be fully let and has experienced an increase in visitor footfall over the corresponding period last year. The Company continued to generate healthy levels of cash from operations and its financial position remains positive and in line with its projections.

Furthermore, the Company has recently secured planning consent for a new 550 square metre outlet. It is expected that works on this outlet will start in the coming months and that this unit will be available for letting in 2015.

Other than as mentioned above, no other material events and / or transactions took place since that date such that they require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the Listing Rules.
