The following is a company announcement issued by Plaza Centres p.l.c. ("The Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that since the publication of the condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2014, on 23 July 2014, no material events and/or transactions took place that would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

Since 30 June 2014 occupancy levels at the end of the third quarter increased whilst revenue and profit before tax increased when compared to the corresponding period in 2013. Costs increased marginally when compared to 2013.

As announced in May 2014, the Company received a MEPA permit to refurbish its facades. The refurbishment is currently being carried out and is expected to be completed before the Christmas period.

Subject to any unforeseen circumstances, the Directors expect the Company's financial results for the year to be in line with the projections approved at the beginning of the year.
