COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Quote

The Company announces that Mr. Markus Golder, holder of Swiss passport F1985166, will be relinquishing his post of Chief Commercial Officer with effect from the 15th of July 2014.

The Company further announces that Mr. Kurt Camilleri, holder of Identity Card number 462374(M) and residing at 2, Triq L-Gharix, Attard is being appointed as Chief Commercial Officer with effect from the 16 July 2014.

Mr. Camilleri, has more than 15 years of telecoms experience gained while working with different telecom operators. He joined the Company on the 5 July 2012 and is currently heading the Marketing function at GO. Over the past two years, Mr. Camilleri played a crucial role in various Commercial initiatives that led to a complete re-positioning of GO's product portfolio and GO's brand image.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Camilleri that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
