The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on the 21st June 2013 to:

• 1. Consider and approve the Financial Results for the period 1 January 2013 till 30 April 2013;
• 1. Consider the declaration of a final payment to MIDI plc and Tigné Contracting Limited, for the period 1 January 2013 till 30 April 2013, as per provision in the Company's Combined Offer Prospectus dated 20th March 2013.
