The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Ramana Palepu, holder of Indian Passport Number 017143489, will be relinquishing his post of Chief Information Officer with effect from the 30th April 2013.

The Company further announces that Mr. Nigel Curmi, holder of Identity Card number 289472M is being appointed as Chief Information Officer with effect from the 1st May 2013.

Mr. Curmi residing at 2, Triq l-Ilsiera, Birkirkara, joined the Company in September 2009 as Senior Manager IT Operations.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Curmi that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
