The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Reference is made to the Company Announcement GO296 issued by the Company with respect to the recommendation of a payment of a dividend for the approval of the Annual General Meeting.

The Company wishes to inform the public that, the Board of Directors has today resolved to recommend that the Annual General Meeting approves the payment of a final net dividend of €0.10 net of taxation per share. The payment of this Net Dividend amounts to the sum of €10.1 million.

Any inconvenience caused by this inadvertent error is regretted.
