The following is a Company announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that a decision has been taken to terminate the Depositary Receipts programme administered by the Bank of New York Mellon. The Company also announces that it intends to cancel the listing of the Global Depositary Receipts currently listed on the London Stock Exchange by the 5th April 2013.
