On Tuesday 29 January 2013, Forthnet S.A. ("Forthnet") (in which the Company and Emirates International Telecommunications Malta Ltd have a strategic shareholding through their joint venture company Forgendo Limited) issued a company announcement informing its investors that discussions on the potential consolidation of business activities have been inconclusive and have thus been terminated. The Company Announcement of Forthnet is being reproduced as part of this Company Announcement.

Forthnet S.A. Announcement re suspension of JV talks

Following the announcements of 02.08.2012 and 26.10.2012, Forthnet S.A. (hereinafter «Forthnet») informs its investors that the non-exclusive discussions that have been taking place in recent months regarding the potential consolidation of business activities have been inconclusive and announces the termination thereof. Forthnet shall continue its organic growth based on its leading position in the provision of combined telecommunications and pay t.v. services.

The present announcement is made in accordance with the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and the relevant applicable resolutions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as well as the relevant provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rule Book.
