XXL ASA - Mandatory notification of trade
Ferd AS has today accepted the mandatory offer by Frasers Group plc, announced 14th April 2025 and offer period extended 13th May 2025, for XXL ASA (the “Company” or “XXL”). Accordingly, Ferd AS will sell 9,419,999 ordinary shares (Class A) in XXL, representing 13.37% of the votes and 10.76% of the capital in the Company, at a price of NOK 10 per share. After the transaction, Ferd AS will no longer hold any shares in XXL, and consequently cross the disclosure threshold in XXL.
This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
