IMPORTANT EVENT: Statement Regarding Evergent's Press Release of May 20, 2025

Aerostar S.A. has taken note of Evergent's press release dated May 20, 2025, stating that the latter has initiated legal proceedings to withdraw from the shareholder structure of Aerostar.

Aerostar S.A. acknowledges the right of every shareholder, including Evergent Investments S.A., to make its own decisions regarding the retention or transfer of the shares it holds.

However, the method chosen by Evergent Investments S.A. to exit the Aerostar shareholding does not meet the conditions required under Law no. 31/1990 on companies, Article 134, paragraph (1), letter a), since Aerostar S.A. has not changed its main object of activity, as already communicated by the company's Board of Directors in the press release of March 20, 2025.

Therefore, Aerostar S.A. maintains the position previously communicated and will defend its legitimate interests.
