Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 19 May 2025 till 23 May 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,816,111 shares for a total amount of 34,438,971 euros. This corresponds to 57.40% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 7,130,854 treasury shares.
