Luka Koper, d.d., received a lawsuit from Slovenian Railways

Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Luka Koper, d.d. hereby publishes the following information:  

The company informs the interested public that on 17th August 2017 Luka Koper, d.d. received a lawsuit  from SŽ – Tovorni promet d.o.o. (Slovenian Railways – Freight Transport) for the presumed economic damage because of the spontaneous work stop in the port in July 2016. The lawsuit claim amounts to 1,758,281.00 EUR.
