Response to parliamentary motion

Pursuant to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the relevant legislation, Luka Koper, d. d. hereby publishes the following information:

Luka Koper, d. d. informs the interested public that it received on 31 July 2017 a letter from the Slovenian Sovereign Holding asking the Company to respond to the parliamentary motion put forward by Matej T. Vatovec, PhD, in the section referring to Luka Koper and the issue of external port service providers. The content of the parliamentary motion (Slovenian only) and the Company’s response to it are attached.
