Notice about received action regarding resolutions adopted at the AGM

Pursuant to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the relevant legislation, Luka Koper, d. d. hereby publishes the following information:

Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that the company received from the District court of Koper on 23 Aug 2017 a lawsuit from the Pan Slovenian Shareholders’ Association (VZMD). The lawsuit is related to the nullity and subordinate contestability of the resolutions adopted at the 28th General assembly of shareholders on 30 Jun 2017 and pertain the appointment of following members of the supervisory board of Luka Koper: Andraž Lipolt, Milan Jelenc and Barbara Nose.
