On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

The Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. has cancelled the call for the 29th General meeting of shareholders called for 14th December 2017, which was published on the Ljubljana stock exchange system SEOnet and on the company's website www.luka-kp.si on 13th November 2017, and on the website of the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services on 14th November 2017.

The new call for the 29th General meeting of shareholders will be published today, 24th November 2017.
