Notice on Received Judgement of the Higher Labour and Social Court

In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company Luka Koper, d.d. hereby issues the following notice:

The company Luka Koper, d.d. received the judgment of the Higher Labour and Social Court, passed on 25 January 2018, in which the court of second instance changed the amount of financial compensation that the former president of the Company’s management board, Gašpar Gašpar Mišič as plaintiff, requested from the Company as defendant. In its final judgement passed on the basis of Article 118 of the Employment Relationship Act, the Higher Labour and Social Court awarded EUR 25,033 of financial compensation whereas the amount of financial compensation awarded by the court of first instance totalled EUR 125,165. Based on all stated above, the defendant is obliged to account for the compensation for plaintiff’s salary for April and May 2014, to account for and settle the social security contribution and personal tax prepayment for him as well as to pay the plaintiff the net amount together with default interest.
