Notice on Received Judgement

In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company Luka Koper, d.d. hereby issues the following notice:

The company Luka Koper, d.d. hereby informs the interested public that on 19 December 2018, it received a judgement from the Koper High Court in relation to the appeal lodged by Vseslovensko društvo malih delničarjev (VZMD, in Eng. PanSlovenian Shareholders’ Association) against the judgement of the Koper District Court (Ref. No. Pg 305/2017 as of 6 June 2018) which dismissed the claim of VZMD requesting that the resolution on the appointment of Milan Jelenc, Andraž Lipolt, MSc. and Barbara Nose to the company’s supervisory board be declared void and the resolution on the appointment of the aforementioned supervisory board members be reversed. With its judgement, the Koper High Court dismissed the appeal of VZMD against the aforementioned judgement by the Koper District Court entirely, thus causing the judgement of the Koper District Court to become final.
