Appointment of the Workers' Representative in the Supervisory Board

On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

Luka Koper informs the interested public, that the Workers' council of Luka Koper, d.d. has elected Mr Mehrudin Vukovič as the new representative of workers in the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. He succeeded Mr Marko Grabljevec, as his term of office expired. Mr Vukovič started his 4-year term of office on 19th January 2020.
