Notice about the judgment of the District Court of Koper

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable law, Luka Koper, d. d. publishes the following message:

In the Port of Koper, d. d. we received the judgment of the Koper District Court from 2nd April 2020 regarding the action of the fromer president of the management board of Luka Koper, d.d. Mr. Gašpar Gašpar Mišič against Luka Koper, d. d., in view of the annulment of the Supervisory Board's decision on the removal from office of the president of the management board from 29th December 2017 and the payment of compensation in the amount of EUR 757,388.52 with interest thereon. The court rejected the claim on both counts. The judgment is not yet final.
