Notice about the judgment of the High Court of Koper

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable law, Luka Koper, d. d. publishes the following message:

Luka Koper, d.d. received the judgment of the Koper High Court from 8th October 2020 regarding the action of the former president of the management board of Luka Koper, d.d. Mr. Gašpar Gašpar Mišič against Luka Koper, d. d., in view of the annulment of the Supervisory Board's decision on the removal from office of the president of the management board from 29th December 2017 and the payment of compensation in the amount of EUR 757,388.52 with interest thereon. The high court rejected the applicant’s appeal and confirmed the previous judgement of the Koper District Court. The judgment is final.
