Notice on received High Court judgement

In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company Luka Koper, d. d. hereby issues the following notice:

The company Luka Koper, d. d. hereby informs the interested public that the company received the judgment of the Koper High Court (CPG 50/2023) of 6 July 2023, by which the High Court dismissed the appeals of the Applicant and of all the defendants against the judgment passed by the Koper District Court (I Pg 265/2021 of 28 September 2022). The High Court thus upheld the judgment of the Court of First Instance regarding the liability for damages of the former members of the Supervisory Board in the case concerning the purchase of a 10 % shareholding in the logistics holding company Trade Trans Invest (TTI) for an amount of EUR 16,387,100.00, plus interest. The judgment is final.
