COMPLETION OF REVERSE STOCK SPLIT

5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (ASX: 5EA) (the Company ) advises that the reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock and CHESS Depositary Interests ( CDIs ) at a ratio of 1-for-23 (the Reverse Stock Split ) has been completed.
