Update regarding voluntary delisting from ASX

5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (ASX: 5EA) (5EA or the Company) refers to its announcement dated 17 April 2026 (Announcement) regarding its removal from the official list of ASX Limited pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.11 (Delisting).

The Company's CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) will be suspended from quotation at close of trading on 26 May 2026 in order to facilitate the Company's removal from the official list of ASX.

In accordance with the timetable set out in the Announcement, the Company will be removed from the official list of ASX at close of trading on 28 May 2026.

Following the Delisting, the Company's shares of common stock will continue to be traded on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol 'FEAM'. Copies of 5EA's press releases and other corporate information will continue to be available on the Company's website at www.5eadvancedmaterials.com.
