Reason for the Update
This announcement reflects the actual number of securities on issue following the implementation of the 23-for-1 share consolidation, and to confirm the treatment of the Convertible Notes as a result of the consolidation.
Additional Information
A proportionate adjustment will be made to the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Company's Convertible Notes (5EAAR) such that the number of shares of Common Stock into which the Convertible Notes are convertible will be proportionately reduced. This will be effected by an adjustment to the conversion rate applicable to the Convertible Notes in accordance with the terms of the Amended and Restated Note Purchase Agreement.
