Financing from International Finance Corporation

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that International Finance Corporation (IFC) has agreed a USD40m financing with one of the Company's subsidiaries. The investment is in line with an up to USD80m financing package approved by IFC's Board of Directors on April 1, 2025. The credit limit is aimed at supporting the construction of the Company's soy protein concentrate plant in the Poltava region.

The current financing package includes a USD27m loan for IFC's own account and a USD13m concessional loan from the government of the Netherlands. The loan term is up to ten years.
