Kortrijk, Belgium, 20 May 2025, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 12 May 2025 till 16 May 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,544,387 shares for a total amount of 30,899,016 euros. This corresponds to 51.50% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 6,859,130 treasury shares.
