Energy S.p.A.: Davide Tinazzi confirmed as CEO. Independence of independent director verified
Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco (Padua), May 5, 2025 – Energy S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, (ISIN Code IT0005500712, Ticker ENY), parent company of the Energy Group, a full system technology manufacturer, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) leader and cloud and engineering services provider, announces that the first Board of Directors meeting was held today, composed of the members appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2025 and chaired by Dr. Alessandro Granuzzo.
The Board of Directors has proceeded to appoint Davide Tinazzi as Chief Executive Officer.
The same Board also successfully verified the integrity requirements of the members of the Board of Directors.
Finally, the Board of Directors verified for the 2025 financial year and positively assessed, on the basis of the quantitative and qualitative criteria approved on 11 November 2024, the independence of the director Alessandro Granuzzo.
