DGB Group delays publication of 2024 annual report

DGB Group N.V. ("DGB" or "the Group") (Euronext: DGB: NL0009169515), a leading carbon project developer and ecosystem restoration company, announces that additional time is required to finalise and publish its annual report for the fiscal year that ended 31 December 2024.

DGB strives to publish its audited annual report as promptly as practicable, while ensuring the process is completed thoroughly and in line with regulatory requirements.

GCP Auditors LTD, a registered Public Interest Entity (PIE) audit firm, has been appointed as DGB's external auditor and is conducting the audit of the Group's annual accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

At the upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM"), the adoption of the audited annual accounts for the 2024 financial year will be proposed, as prepared by the Board of Directors. The AGM will be convened following the publication of the annual report.

DGB Group stelt publicatie van jaarverslag 2024 uit

DGB Group N.V. ("DGB" of "de Groep") (Euronext: DGB: NL0009169515), een toonaangevende ontwikkelaar van CO₂-projecten en ecosysteemherstel, maakt bekend dat extra tijd nodig is om het jaarverslag over het boekjaar op 31 december 2024 eindigde, af te ronden en te publiceren.

DGB streeft ernaar om het gecontroleerde jaarverslag zo spoedig mogelijk te publiceren, waarbij wordt gewaarborgd dat het proces grondig wordt afgerond en in overeenstemming is met de toepasselijke regelgeving.

GCP Auditors LTD, een geregistreerd OOB-accountantskantoor, is aangesteld als externe accountant van DGB en voert momenteel de controle uit van de jaarrekening van de Groep, in lijn met de geldende wettelijke normen.

Tijdens de aankomende Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders ("AVA") zal worden voorgesteld om de gecontroleerde jaarrekening over het boekjaar 2024, zoals opgesteld door de Raad van Bestuur, vast te stellen. De AVA zal worden bijeengeroepen na publicatie van het jaarverslag.
