aap Implantate AG (“ Company “) announces that the auditor will no longer complete the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2024 in April. As a result, the Company will not be able to publish the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2024 within the statutory deadline of 30 April 2025. The company expects to be able to publish the annual and consolidated financial statements by June 2025.
The reason for the delay is a number of details that have arisen in the Group’s financial statement process, which can no longer be processed on time due to limited personnel resources.
As a result, the company’s Annual General Meeting will take place after the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2024 in summer 2025.
