Publication of the supplementary note to the Explanatory Report for the Shareholders' Meetings
Mestre (Venice), 14 April 2025 – Banca Ifis S.p.A. announces that, in compliance with the request for disclosure of information from CONSOB pursuant to Article 114, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/98 (the "CFA"), it has made available to the public, at the registered office of the Bank, on the authorized storage mechanism , and on the Bank's website at www.bancaifis.it, the supplementary note to the Explanatory Report by the Board of Directors on item 1) on the agenda of the extraordinary part of the Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Ifis S.p.A. convened on 17 April 2025.
