In the context of the company's obligations regarding the regular updating of the investing public, the company FLOUR MILLS KEPENOS S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with Decision 25 of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX):

• 1. Date of announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024: Friday, 11/04/2025, after the close of the ATHEX trading session.
• 1. Date of announcement of commentary on the annual financial results, after the close of the ATHEX trading session: Tuesday, 15/04/2025.
• 1. Date of the Annual General Meeting: Monday, 08/09/2025.
• 1. The total amount of dividends to be distributed will be decided at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders. The exdividend date, record date, and payment start date will be announced in a future publication.

It is noted that all result announcements will be published on the company's website (www.kepenos.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).
