TERNA ENERGY S.A. (the "Company"), following notification received from the HELLENIC CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY S.A. on the 9 th of April 2025, informs the investment community that the squeeze-out process exercised by MASDAR HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (the "Offeror") was completed (in accordance with article 27 of Law 3461/2006 and Decision 1/644/22.4.2013 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission) through which the Offeror acquired the total of the common registered, voting shares of the Company that didn't already own for a price of € 20.00 per share. Therefore, the Offeror holds 100% of the shares and voting rights of the Company.
