• la Relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2024, comprensiva del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio, del bilancio consolidato, della relazione sulla gestione, contenente la Rendicontazione consolidata di sostenibilità relativa all'esercizio 2024 redatta in conformità al D. Lgs. 6 settembre 2024, n. 125, e delle attestazioni di cui all'articolo 154-bis del D. • la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, redatta ai sensi dell'articolo 123-ter del TUF.

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE 2024 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND FURTHER DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 29 APRIL 2025

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 28 March 2025 - Emak S.p.A. informs that the following documents are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.emakgroup.it Investor Relations section as well as on the authorized central storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" consultable at the website, :

• the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2024, comprehensive of the draft separate financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the Report on Operations, including the Consolidated Sustainability Report for the financial year 2024 prepared in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 125 of 6 September 2024, and the certifications pursuant to Article 154-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 (the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance or "TUF"), as well as the Reports prepared by the Independent Auditing Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• the Report on corporate governance and ownership structures, drafted in accordance with Article 123-bis of the TUF;
• the Report on the policy regarding remuneration and fees paid, drafted in accordance with Article 123-ter of the TUF.
