ROS AGRO PLC announces that Mr. Maxim Vorobyev has sold the Company's GDRs
ROS AGRO PLC ("Ros Agro" or the "Company") has been informed, that on December 13, 2022 Mr. Vorobyev Maxim Yurievich has concluded the sale of the Company's GDRs in amount of 13,469,027 GDR representing 9.86% of the issued share capital, which constitutes 9.86% of voting rights in Ros Agro to the group of businessmen. As a result of this transaction, he ceases being a shareholder of the company.
