AIM Rule 26 Website Change

Following shareholder approval of the proposed change of the Company's name at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2022, the Company announces that the Jersey Registrar of Companies has registered the change of name and accordingly the Company is now named 450 Plc.

With effect from 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new name and the new TIDM will be 450.L (previously MACP). The Company's ISIN JE00BZBYC658 and SEDOL BZBYC65 remain unchanged.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.

In order to reflect the Company's new name, the Company's website address will be changed to www.450plc.com with effect from 8:00am on 7 December 2022. The information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 will be available at this address.
