Change of Adviser and AIM Rule 17 - Additional Directorship Disclosures

450 is pleased to announce the appointment of Zeus Capital Limited ("Zeus") as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

450 also makes the following disclosures in relation to Waheed Alli (Chair), pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In addition to the directorships in the previous five years which were disclosed on 7 November 2022, Waheed Alli was also a director of one subsidiary of SGIK 3 Investments Limited - Koovs Tech Private Limited and one associate of SGIK 3 Investments Limited - Koovs Marketing Consulting Private Limited.
