ROS AGRO PLC announces changes in share capital structure

ROS AGRO PLC ("Ros Agro" or the "Company") has been informed, that on March 07, 2022 Granada Capital CY Limited has concluded the sale of the Company shares in amount of 1,973,599 (one million nine hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred ninety-nine) shares representing 7.22% of the issued share capital, which constitutes 7.22% of voting rights in Ros Agro to Mr. Zhuravlev Yury Alexandrovich, citizen of Russian Federation. Given Granada Capital CY Limited is under indirect control of Mr.Vadim Moshkovich, Mr Vadim Moshkovich decreased his effective share in Ros Agro below level 50%.
